Rails Restaurant
Rails was established in 2007 as part of the Hornsby Railway Hotels major renovations.
The restaurant was designed to reflect a modern stylish character and ambience
as well as having the comfort and functionality of a major restaurant.
Rails is Operated by Chef / proprietor Seán Fitzgerald.
Since joining Rails just over 3 years ago, and now running this fine restaurant as an independent business, Seán has used his experience in some of Sydney's top kitchens and a deep respect for fresh and home-made ingredients to create a menu that stands atop the local dining scene.
Seán's background in 5 star and country house hotels in England followed up with many years in Sydney's top hotels accumulates in a philosophy that only the best produce and highest standards of preparation are acceptable.
